There are 5 onsite parking spaces at the facility with street parking on both Bramblewood and Schlather

Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. -no holes in walls (nails,screws, staples). Any damage will be billed to the credit card on file -no smoking -guests must respect our space and are expected to empty trashcan and clean up after themselves. Extra trashbags are under the kitchen sink if needed. There is a recycle and trashcan on the left side of the property behind the gate. -If you need furniture moved, please ask for assistance to avoid scratching the floors -No Pets -No loud music (unless agreed upon)
