About the Space
This event space, home of Uncle Tim’s Cocktails, includes two private, sophisticated cocktail lounges, a deluxe conference/dining room, and our large warehouse-turned event venue, all available to rent independently. Just minutes from all the best-hidden gems in Colorado, our warehouse space located in Ruby Hill is a convenient 10 minutes away from the heart of downtown Denver. Our venue has a multitude of parking spaces available, as well as street parking for overflow. We are proud to offer cocktail service, including bartending services, in addition to a standard venue rental. Additionally, our venue allows outside food, and has the capacity to accommodate catering services. We work with several catering companies, or you can choose your own: from light appetizers to a four-course meal, we can make any private or corporate event feel more intimate than a candlelight date night.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

This venue is a hidden gem. It is unique and provides spaces for all guests to enjoy. They serve amazing cocktails and the vibe is so nice. One of the best parts is that walking up to the door, no one knows what to expect and when they get inside, their experience is transformed. The staff is kind and accommodating; we are so glad that out of the many venues we toured, we picked Uncle Tim’s. We would host another event there anytime.

Hosted my friend's co-ed baby shower here and it was a great time! The space is beautiful and the guests loved it. We also had Garrett as our bartender and he was super helpful and awesome! Would definitely rent the space again.

Tim and the event staff were very responsive throughout the planning of our event. My wife had an amazing birthday. They even added a special drink to their menu from my request. The space is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Tim and team!

Uncle Tim’s Cocktails was absolutely perfect for our event! We hosted a birthday party here, and it was everything we wanted in a venue and more. From start to finish, they were extremely responsive and helpful. They are very organized and explained every detail clearly along the way. Beautiful venue, delicious cocktails, and excellent service! I highly recommend this place! !

We are so happy we found Uncle Tim's Cocktails to hold our 8th Company Anniversary party! When you walk in you immediately feel like you've been transported to a high-class, vintage speak-easy. In the front of house there are cozy, stylish sitting rooms which allow your guests to intimately mingle. As you walk toward the back there is a beautiful dining room with a long wooden table that we were able to set up some games like dice and cards. Further into the venue it opens up to a large, beautifully decorated warehouse space. The space is large enough for sit down dinners, dancing, and more. It was awesome to have the different spaces for flow and allowing guests to get different experiences throughout the night. The cocktails were well designed, well made, and a huge hit for all of our guests! Even those guests who normally stick to beer were fully enjoying the selection and flavors. We had brought some alcohol in for people, but we barely touched it and probably would have been just fine with their delicious cocktail selection. Furthermore, the staff at Uncle Tim's is amazing. Everything was set up as we asked before arriving to the event, and the space looked great! Brigette and Maddi did a fantastic job making sure we were well taken care of and the event went smoothly. Tim was also there to make sure everything went off without a hitch, which really made me feel comfortable and confident. Their ability to accommodate us and great customer service really put me at ease and alleviated stress that normally comes along with hosting an event. My staff raved about how much they loved the location and experience. I would 100% recommend Uncle Tim's Cocktails for any celebratory get together, and hope I have the opportunity to work with them in the future!
