All booking start and end inclusive of load on and strike time, so please include that in your reservation. If your production runs past your booked time, you will be charged time in one half per pierce space policy. No smoking in house or on deck, No pets unless you get prior permission. No drugs, Primary bedroom is off limits. Must get prior authorization to move any furniture. Floor protectors and lay out boards should be used by all production crew. No nails, tape, pushpins, or clamps on any walls, beams or any woodwork. No use of fake blood, confetti or glitter allowed in home. No adult shooting, do not go under neighbors homes. Renters are responsible for any damage that occurred during rental period. COI required for all bookings. We are only looking for clean, organized, and respectful guests. No extra guests with out prior approval. must take all garbage with you.
