About the Space
This impressive Nashville home sits on an acre of lush landscaped grounds, with an inviting backyard setting with full outdoor kitchen, hot tub and fire pit. The interior has modern updates coupled with refined southern influences. The open floor plan has an expansive eat in kitchen, a cozy sunroom, formal dining and formal living spaces. Downstairs Master suite. 6 bedrooms. Also included is a bonus room that has its own entrance, bedroom, kitchen and living space. Previous clients have used the space for commercials, music videos, and movies. The host is very accommodating and flexible. We generally don't book more than 45 days out, but feel free to ask.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

This was my first experience booking a space with Peer Space. I was looking for a place for a baby shower and once I clicked on Marie's page, I was blown away by her beautiful home!! The process of reserving/booking the home was seamless and Marie was THE BEST! She was responsive with my many questions and was so gracious when we arrived. It felt a little "weird" hosting a party in someone else's home - who I didn't even know - but in the end she made our group of hosts and party guests feel welcome and at ease. Her home is absolutely beautiful but still had a comfortable and "homey" feel! I HIGHLY recommend Marie and her home!

A perfect home for our shoot, and Marie was an excellent host. Space was open, clean, detailed, and plenty of prep space in the garage. We will be back!

Marie was a wonderful host. The home was spacious and decorated beautifully, along with extra tables that we needed. I was able to have a very nice family party with minimal additional decor and effort. Marie helped every step of the way, including assisting with setup and welcoming guests as we arrived during a torrential downpour. If a classy, comfortable venue is needed, I can highly recommend this location and Marie's expertise to make your event successful.
