About the Space

This impressive Nashville home sits on an acre of lush landscaped grounds, with an inviting backyard setting with full outdoor kitchen, hot tub and fire pit. The interior has modern updates coupled with refined southern influences. The open floor plan has an expansive eat in kitchen, a cozy sunroom, formal dining and formal living spaces. Downstairs Master suite. 6 bedrooms. Also included is a bonus room that has its own entrance, bedroom, kitchen and living space. Previous clients have used the space for commercials, music videos, and movies. The host is very accommodating and flexible.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

Marie was a wonderful host. The home was spacious and decorated beautifully, along with extra tables that we needed. I was able to have a very nice family party with minimal additional decor and effort. Marie helped every step of the way, including assisting with setup and welcoming guests as we arrived during a torrential downpour. If a classy, comfortable venue is needed, I can highly recommend this location and Marie's expertise to make your event successful.

Marie was a great host. She was available upon arrival and was frequently around during the event, so that if we had any questions, we could certainly ask her. The space was perfect for the tone we were trying to set for the event which allowed for mixing and mingling. We also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner together and several spaces around her home.

I recently had the pleasure of renting this lovely home for my best friend's bridal shower, and it was an absolute dream come true! Marie was a fabulous host and even helped us during our setup and breakdown process. If you're looking for a place to host a special event , I highly recommend considering this home. Marie's home was an absolute dream. Spacious, bright, beautifully designed and decorated, it was everything I needed to host my small event. Plenty of space for people to mingle yet still felt intimate. Marie was a gracious host! Present for questions but also allowed me to have the privacy of the event. Her assistance setting up and breaking down was invaluable. Thank you Marie! Would absolutely come back should the wind blow me back to Nashville!

BOOK NOW! Marie is an absolutely incredible host! We needed an event space for a baby shower for about 25 people and the home could not have been more perfect. It is stunning and so beautifully decorated. Marie was at the house and was very accommodating with anything we needed help with throughout our event. There was plenty of parking, seating, and indoor/outdoor event space. We would most definitely book this home with Marie again! Thank you thank you!!!
