About the Space

LOCATION, CHARACTER AND EAST NASHVILLE VIBE...This 1940's Tudor style home has been restored to her former glory with a modern flare. Vintage millwork, windows, floors and beautiful hardware still remain! It has an open living rm/dining room area, vintage kitchen, 1 bath, 1 bedroom and a gorgeous exterior space! This is a duplex so if additional space is needed please inquire about the downstairs apartment which is an additional 3 bedrooms! Located in East Nashville/Inglewood and walkable to so many local shops and restaurants including the Shelby Bottoms greenway. Great place for filming with tons of natural light!
