St. Elmo Bungalow - Modern Home with Large Backyard

The St. Elmo Bungalow is located in East Congress less than 10 minutes down the street from the South Congress district. This space is available and shoot-ready for film or still shoots. The street is very quiet -- never heard so much as a helicopter or airplane flying around. Our newly modernized kitchen holds stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and bright white stone countertops for culinary shoots. There's a roomy utility area off the kitchen for video village. The bathroom has sweet penny tile on the floor, a modern wood countertop, and a stacked horizontal shower tiling. The wood flooring in the house reaches across two spacious living room areas spilling out into the sunroom with french doors leading to the back deck. The backyard space is huge with beautiful old oak trees for a relaxing catering and crafty location. We are also familiar with the furniture rental and staging businesses in the city if you need to make up for the lack of prop houses in Austin. Thanks for considering!
