There is 8 FREE onsite parking spots in the rear alley. Please text or call when you have arrived and enter through the black gate. Please park in The Glass Slipper Palace parking spaces closest to the Gold Door.

**PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE BOOKING** PLEASE NOTE: -All Event ending times will be 11pm. If passed 11pm ($1,000) -1 mandatory Secuirty would be added to your booking for all Events $250 -Booking comes with up to 12 6ft Rectangular Tables and up to 50 Chiavari Chairs -Only Enter and Exit through Front Door and or Gold Door -Front Door loading only (street entrance) -All bookings start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. -If you go past allowed guest count, you will be charged next guest count tier -If passed 50 - 75 guests, you will be charged an additional $1,000 on your booking. -If passed 75+, you will be charged an additional $2,000 on your booking. -If booking is past 15min, you will be charge an extra hour -Private Parking Lot is attached to our space and is part of the booking as well -Unfortunately, any late check-ins or check-outs will be charged a full additional hour. -Bookings can't be modified within 48 hours of booking. If there is a booking after yours, we can't accommodate a longer booking. -Furniture and decorations may be not be moved without Host's permission. Wall decorations cannot be removed. -If extra time is needed before or after, this must be added after booking if within 1 hour of booking -Please, Please be mindful of attendees and how many are in your group. -Pets Fee $100 FEE (per pet) -Pets must be on leash and not run freely. If so, an additional $100 FEE (per pet) -If any or all Pets Uranate/Release Feces inside the Venue $100 FEE (per pet) -Scraping/markings on both 2nd story and main floors of any sort: $250 FEE -Big 8 ft mirror can not be moved and or flowers around it: $500 FEE -Damages to any furniture (stains, scrapes, tears, or any non-white colors on the furniture): $500 FEE -Breakage, cracks, or damage to any mirrors and or furniture: $500 FEE -Breakage, cracks, or damage to any pillars, statues, or antiques: $500 FEE -No Smoking/Vaping: $500 FEE -No flames, scented candles, or incense: $500 FEE -No Confetti or Smoke Bombs: $1,000 FEE -Smoke/Fog/Haze machines are allowed but must be elevated from the ground (on a block and if not; $500 FEE) -Leave VENUE as you found it. -Chairs need to be stacked up in groups of 7 against the windows. If not there is a $200 FEE *NO LOITERING IN THE FRONT OF VENUE. Groups of 5 or more will be charged $250 FEE *ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED* ($1,000 FEE) -Nudity is not allowed -No Pornography SECURITY CAMERAS - We have security cameras inside the space DAMAGES - You will be accounted for any damages to the space / items and INJURIES - We are not liable for injuries PARKING - Free onsite parking for 6 cars. There are also lots across the street as well as on the same block. (1 minute walk). We do share a parking lot with our neighbors, if past 6 cars there is a $500 FEE
