General Rules
General Rules
- Doors remain locked at all times. Let us know when you arrive for your booking and we will walk you in.
- Your set up time and wrap-up time has to fit within your booking time.
Ex: If your booking is from 9am-2pm, your booking must be complete and all guests must be out by 2pm. Overtime will be charged.
- No smoking inside the studio. A fee will be applied per incident
- Leave the place as clean and organized as it was when given to you. If props and set decor are used, please place back where it belongs. All furniture is to be placed back to its original place. All lights and equipment must be returned to their original place.
- Do not enter the studio before your booking time. There might be another booking inside. Contact us upon arriving and we will bring you in.
- We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking.
- The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production.
- All ages are allowed in the space.
- Pets are allowed in the space.
- Smoke machines are allowed in the space.
- Nudity is allowed.
- Pornography is not allowed.

Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
