Bernal Suite is a gorgeous light-filled video and photo production space with an open floor plan (dining, kitchenette, and living room). It can host a 7-person production crew in a casual interior space with touches of the city everywhere. Bernal Suite is located in a recently renovated 1917 Edwardian residential building with 10' ceilings, amazing light, a designer kitchenette, and comfortable seating. The total space available is approximately 850 sqft, including 550 sqft of indoor space and 300 sqft of outdoor space. In addition, garage space is available for temporary storage during your rental period. PHOTO / VIDEO PRODUCTIONS The windows and glass sliding doors are north facing, which means that the light is diffused and does not shine directly into the space. INCLUDED IN THE SUITE - Living room features a large 3-4 person couch with throw pillows, dimmable lights, and a large smart TV with Chromecast; - Kitchenette features 5+ ft of counter space, sink, filtered water, refrigerator, and microwave; - Dining area has a 4-person breakfast table, with seating for 2; - Bathroom has a lighted mirror and gardened lightwell -Bedroom has a hanging rod for outfits and a beautiful mural of the Bay Bridge. The bedroom is great for storing gear or doing hair and makeup off-set. -Two-level outdoor deck with a great view of the city from which you can see the top of the Golden Gate Bridge, Sutro Tower, Twin Peaks, Coit Tower, and parts of downtown. CHECK-IN 8AM or later. We'll give you a quick rundown of the space, answer all your questions and then it’s all yours! CHECK-OUT 8PM or earlier. Please arrange the space back in the same condition you found at check-in since the professional cleaner only does the floors, bathroom, etc. Let us know of any damages as soon as possible so we can make the repairs before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. You may park in front of the garage for 5 to 10 minutes during unloading and loading but will need to find alternate parking during your stay. There’s plenty of street parking.
