About the Space

2700 sq ft house with open floor plan. Enjoy the raspberries in the fenced backyard, or pick an apple, pear or blueberries off the trees in the front yard during summer and fall months. Sit on the big front porch and relax with a drink and watch the world go by. This house has an open floor plan and lots of space. The downstairs den is equipped with a piano. There is also a full bath on the main floor. Enjoy the central air conditioner in the warm summer months. Cook whatever your heart desires in this large, exceptionally well stocked kitchen, or skip the cooking and visit one of the many local restaurants or food carts within walking distance. Play a game of kick ball at the park next door, or shoot some hoops on the basketball.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
