About the Space
Cleveland Studio Rental is the most amazing studio rental in the Midwest. When you book the studio, it includes the white cyclorama, a full commercial kitchen, make-up room, conference room and client lounge, with plenty of fabulous window light. We are located in the center of Asia Town, offering close freeway access, a secure parking lot, private gardens and fabulous restaurants, right out the front door. During the COVID 19 Pandemic our private home on the second floor is no longer being offered for rentals. The outdoor gardens, may be available for special projects. Equipment rental options are accessible from two amazing local facilities, only a few blocks from our location. Pricing for the studio space is calculated, after discussing in detail exactly what your project entails. We then take your specifics and break it down, considering your budget and evaluate what services we can provide for you. Due to the current COVID 19 situation, we are only offering full day studio rentals and have implemented a strict cleaning procedure for the studio, before and after all rentals. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
