About the Space

Book this warm, organic, and rustic Farm space for your special events. Welcoming photo and video shoots to birthdays and weddings. The "Upcycled" home that will be available for rental is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath with oversized kitchen equipped to food prep for the whole event. Included with the home is a large deck with gas grill, picnic table, cowboy "pool," as well as a fire pit, and platform swing. Additional to the home, and outdoor living space is an organic farm with horses, milking goats, chickens, heritage hogs, ducks, and more. Use of this space is excellent for photo and video shoots, and gatherings. Up close interactions with the animals can also be arranged.

House - Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and not near any of the animals. All remnants must be appropriately discarded. All trash will be appropriately discarded of to keep property clean, and safely away from animals. "Quiet hours" begin at one hour after sunset, and end at 8:30AM. Please help protect the home’s original hardwood floors by entering through the mudroom when footwear is dirty. A boot tray and coat rack are provided for your convenience. Host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if it is determined additional cleaning beyond a normal turnover service is needed. In addition, a minimum $10 fee will be incurred for damaged/stolen items. Damage to vintage items will be subject to full replacement and/or repair charges. Rearranging furniture: If you intend to rearrange furniture - Please contact the host within an hour of arrival for help moving to prevent damaging the floors. Furniture in main living area must be at least 3’ away from the wood burning stove. Any furniture that has been moved must be returned to its original spot before checkout, again with help of the host. Kitchen knives are hand wash only to prevent them from being damaged by other metal utensils. No pets allowed. This policy is in place for the safety of your pet(s), and the farm animals. Farm - DO NOT enter fenced pastures or feed the animals without permission or supervision of the host. The animals are friendly, but know that petting them is at your own risk, especially when not under Host’s supervision. Some of the fences used for livestock pastures are electrified. DO NOT TOUCH THE FENCES!
