About the Space

With gorgeous natural light flooding in, our modern suburban home is perfect for: any productions including photo or film shoots!! Our home space is located in the tranquil Hills District neighbourhood of Sydney. Features: - Open plan living - Fully furnished with modern styling - Functional kitchen - Large floor-to-ceiling windows - Two fireplaces in two different living areas - Street level access (only ground floor available to use) - Large backyard space also available There will always be someone on-site present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. We are 5min drive away from grocery stores as well as some local restaurants.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
