About EXIT GALLERIES
EXIT Galleries is a multi-disciplinary studio & gallery space. At 650 square feet it is best used for photo/video shoots, brand pop-ups, workshops, cocktail parties, & small private events & performances. The space has built in shelving, clothing rails, benches, and countertops for you to get creative. These features are perfectly versatile for displays, food & drink serving, & more. The open layout space boasts high ceilings, a fully operational garage door, a 4'x8' skylight, & lofted storage. The spaces walls come freshly styled with contemporary street style art created by Sam Fish.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Sam’s place was perfect for my birthday party!! Everyone loved the vibe - the art, the indoor/outdoor setting, the lighting ~ so special and cool! There were 50 people there and I had my friend’s DJ the party- it all worked out so well. We used his soundsystem (great one! w/ a sub) and my mine and it was the best birthday ever! Sam is kind, easy going and overall an amazing host!

Rented this space for a live performance/listening party and I couldn't be happier with how well the space worked for my needs. Sam is super nice, responsive, and accommodating. He's also an amazing artist!

We had an amazing time using Sam’s place for my husband’s birthday party. Sam is a great host, was very communicative and accommodating, and is also a talented artist in his own right. Great location in Allston. Would 100% recommend.
