Our 3000 square foot venue is located on the second floor of a beautiful historic building in Downtown LA's Fashion District. The suite features high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and historically preserved wall moldings. The space can be used for: *mixers *networking events *VIP/private parties *business meetings or functions *promotional events *art/fashion exhibits *creative workspace *panels and workshops *pop up retail or restaurant projects *yoga/dance classes *video and photo shoots The suite includes a standard kitchen which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and plenty of table and counter space to do prep work for pop-up dinners, etc. Please note that because this is not a commercial kitchen, you cannot use it to cook and serve food to the public. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
