About the Space
We provide 1 acre of pure peaceful land including a neon lighted 2 story tree house which includes audio playback speaker and very loud music for all sorts of events. Dwarf goats are roaming here as well at the goat sanctuary. Perfect for the unconventional way to truly enjoy your event. In addition there’s a zen garden for smaller events or meetings with pond, outdoor seating and a large hammock. Golfing available with driving range plus one hole on the fine turf. Chicken coops available with 33 chickens, a mix of exotic and traditional, and organic free range eggs produced daily, which are available for purchase as well. If you wish for the chickens to roam free for your event, we can open their coop doors. If you wish to attend goat yoga, please let us know and we can coordinate this as well with our certified instructor for a class fee. A nice gazebo with seating underneath is also available. A badminton net is also available and ready for set up if you wish to play. Spacious bathroom is available indoors for use. A zip line is also available for a ride in the goat sanctuary. Outside food/beverages/alcohol is all permitted on site. Event furniture rental is welcome as well and a pick up truck can fit through the double gates for easy loading/unloading of event materials.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We had an absolutely lovely time. My friends hosted my baby shower here. We wanted a place where my friends and their children could hangout and have a good time and this was just the right place. The children and adults both loved petting the goats and playing on the little one hole green. They were very helpful and flexible with us. We would totally book again.
