We try to do a bit of everything! Some options are: -film and commercial production: we have lots of backdrops and unique spaces great for filming as well as two cyclorama walls. -photography: as mentioned lots of backdrops and furniture! -theater: fully functional 86 seat theater with broadcast capabilities -event space -meeting areas: various comfortable private rooms. -audio recording room: soundproof room with audio recording equipment. We do our utmost to maintain a high level of sanitation, especially on high touch surfaces. Sanitizer is available in multiple locations and cleaning occurs between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
