About the Space

Our gorgeous space has been purpose built as a Sensory Yoga and Nervous System Regulation Studio. We hold classes early morning and evenings so our space is available to be used during the day. From the moment you enter you can feel the soft curves , the massive arched windows and the custom built lighting create a very special energy high above the bustle of Swan Street. The whole studio consists of upstairs and downstairs and is about 400sqm. The main open space is about 150sqm and is suitable for special events, client workshops, tv shoots, film and photo shoots, anything where you are looking for a very distinct, immersive and unique backdrop. There is also our open "urban oasis loft" foyer area which is filled with industrial jungle vibes overlooking Art Deco floor to ceiling windows. both these areas can be used for events as well as shoots Industrial warehouse circular staircase at back of property Unique Features: LED coloured lighting immersion, Digital Sensory Installation on walls (can be turned off), Plants staged by the glorious Glasshaus nursery downstairs on Swan Street. Showers and Amenities avail for use. Warehouse Circular Staircase at back of property a unique feature as well as the overall design and neuroaethetics of the whole studio.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
