Set up includes a wash sink, private bathroom and private shower. Located in the heart of the Fashion District - next to the Cooper building, New mart, and California Market center. Views include views of the Los Angeles city skyline, the fashion district. Ideal for photoshoots, and filming. 800 Square feet. Restrooms available on 5th floor. Freight elevator + Passanger elevator. Access: elevators to the 5th floor, and then half a floor walk up. PEERSPACE RATES ARE FOR SIMPLE PHOTOSHOOTS. VIDEOSHOOTS ARE $500 MINIMUM. THIS INCLUDES PRODUCTIONS WITH MORE THAN A FEW SIMPLE HANDHELD EQUIPMENT, COMMERCIAL PRODUCTIONS, PRODUCTIONS THAT REQUIRE MULTIPLE USES OF FREIGHT ELEVATOR AND/OR LOADING DOCK. INQUIRE FOR RATES.
