Bright and beautiful loft style designer decorated photography studio. Dark and moody set is also available with antiqued black and gold door, with the large chandelier and oversized chesterfield settee.. Corner unit with large windows. Open layout, with lounge set - beautiful tufted navy blue sofa and matching chair, contemporary bed (air mattress), seamless paper mount with 4 colors seamless paper. Three luxurious cognac tinted crystal chandeliers. Oversized antique ornate full body mirror to create exceptional images that your clients will love. Black glossy contemporary bath tub (not connected to water). Clear acrylic bubble chair, gold cage chair are included. White floor to ceiling pooling sheers for privacy. Studio is designed with boudoir photography in mind, but can be used for lifestyle and fashion photography and videography. Restroom in unit Blue plain wall is available upon request - currently the black and gold antique tapestry is covering the blue wall - but tapestry can be removed. Please see the last listing photo. Approximately 700 square feet. Pricing might be adjusted at any time depending on the demand, season and holidays. Two hour minimum bookings: business days - $85/h holiday and weekend rate $100/h. Evening rate after 5pm - $100/h Overtime will be charged in 30 min increments 1.5 times of base booking rate

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
