The Driveway can accommodate a total of 4 vehicles, but there is lots of street parking in the neighborhood.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. *HOUSE RULES* 1) Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am, Any complaints from neighbors will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay. 2) Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. If by any way our staff is offended or disrespected, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund. 3) Parties or get togethers are not allowed in this property without permission from host 4) Smoking and or Vaping is NOT allowed inside the house. There is a $1000 fine strictly enforced per night (including use of marijuana, vapes or other illegal and legal substances). 5) No unauthorized guest/visitors/pets. 6) No Garage Access. 7) Pet fees are $30 per pet per night. Additional $100 per pet security deposit. 8) *PET RULES* - Must have rabies shot - Must always be on a leash when outside of the property - Must not make any excessive barking must be controlled - Must pick up your pets waste. 9) Parking is permitted up to 4 cars in the driveway. No Garage Usage at all. 10) Garbage must be placed out on curb Sunday night and Wednesday night. All trash must be bagged and tied, any boxes must be flattened. Move trash bins to curb. 11) We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT. 12) We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to any local FedEx or UPS office. 13) Rental Agreement required, must follow policies during stay. Any violation can lead to immediate cancellation without a refund. Your booking is automatically agreement to these terms. Security cameras and recording devices   Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front door/parking lot area, garage area, and backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Everything must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. - Return the space the way you got it - Take all trash to the dumpster and replace it with new trash bags - Whip down all tables and counters - Sweep the floors - Mop any spills or sticky areas DECORATIONS - No glitter, confetti, or anything like that inside and outside - Nothing can be attached to the wall (command strips, nails, tape) FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. - Keep the inside furniture inside and the outside furniture outside - You can move around the inside furniture all you want, just make sure you put things back where you got them. - If it’s windy, crank down the umbrellas. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
