- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The space was open, clean, and a large for a big group (we had about 40 guests). The street parking on Caroline and in the designated lot was easy even on a Saturday night. Plenty of chairs/tables to use and the bathroom was clean. A few of my guests had a hard time figuring out the door code link to get in but besides that we had no issues. I would book here again and recommend this space!

Beautiful space and great for our Networking Social on National Voter Registration Day. The booking experience was priceless -- there were quick responses to our questions, all of our requests were essentially met, and we were greeted with amazing hospitality during the walkthrough. Zoe was always easy to communicate with throughout it all. FYI, the pink banner is dope but cannot be removed -- we were able to cover it with banners. I would definitely book again and a lot of the attendees are interested in the venue as well.
