About the Space

This is a newly remodeled four bedrooms elegant house. The property has its own private beach located in the heart of Summerland Key. It is the perfect Key for a vacation getaway. Summerland Key is an island in the lower Florida Keys about 20 miles east of Key West. The island has a private airport located 3 blocks from the house. The airport can be used by the guests of the house. Summerland is the perfect spot for fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking, and cycling. There is an oceanfront pool, where you can soak up the sun just steps from the house. Breathtaking views of the crystal blue ocean and sunsets can be seen throughout the property. Dine outside with island vibes under the tiki hut. The house also includes a billiards table in the carport. Disclaimer: The dock is in the process of being rebuilt.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
