2 car driveway, gated RV parking, and on street.

1. Park; in the driveway, on the side of the driveway and through the rv gate onto the (north) side of the house, or on the street as long as you are not in front of the mailbox, fire hydrant, or garbage cans. Not on grass. 2. No smoking, vaping, or tripping in the house. Only use backyard designated area. 3. No illegal drug use. 4. No alcohol after 10pm. 5. 16 person max on the property at all times unless prior permission from host. 6. Do not flush ANYTHING besides toilet paper and human waste. 3. Please do not set hot items on the countertops without a hot pad. Cut/chop on provided cutting boards. 4. Fireplace ashes must be scooped into the ash bucket if you indulge in the fireplace. This wood stove gets HOT, do not touch any part of the fireplace while in use, except for the 2 handles. Watch children carefully in this area. 5. Please do not overfill the washer or dryer. Your clothes won't get clean and/or dry. 6. Utility room and garage are off limits to guests. 7. Do not move the firepit. 8. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Noise complaints or alerts from the noise monitoring system will be charged at $500 per incident. 9. Two dogs are allowed with a pet fee and pet agreement. Additional pets must be approved and do have an additional fee. Cats are not allowed at this time because of the owner's allergies.
