About the Space

Ready for something different? Our spacious property is the perfect backdrop for your photo shoot or video production. Visit our 15 acres in the country nestled in the hills of Northern Platte County - 30 minutes north of downtown Kansas City. Your experience starts with a mile long tree lined drive and includes pines, maples, a fruit orchard, wild berries, corn fields, trails, creek, red barn, tractor, farm pond, fields of wildflowers, solar array, wind turbine and a bonfire area among the trees. We can bring out the farm toys, too - truck, tractor, ATV and more. Nature galore! If anyone on your team needs to stay the night after a long day, you can book our Guest Suite for up to 4 via AirBNB at https://airbnb.com/h/berryridge-ranch. We do give priority to our overnight guests, but if the Suite is not booked, it is available for your use as a private changing area and restroom.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Amazing time, the place is beautiful. We filmed a short film here and everyone had an amazing time. The host went above and beyond anything we could ever hope for.

Phenomenal and scenic property! Jim is an amazing host to work with on this unique location. The property is big and offers a lot of diversity of looks with easy access to all areas. The basement is a perfect spot to put HMUA, talent, and stage anyone/anything along with electricity to charge batts and a restroom.
