About the Space

Our 1,300 square foot creative studio is exactly what you need to bring your vision to life. We have a one of a kind backdrop system that allows you to switch between several unique backdrops in a matter of seconds, so you get the most out of your rental. Our podcast area is fully modular so you can set it up however you would like to make your podcast stand out from the rest. Complete with a kitchenette, fully stocked fridge, lounge area, work desk, and arcade machine, we have everything you need! We want to set you up for a seamless production so basic photo/video and audio recording gear is included in the space (C-Stands, light modifiers, extension cords, clamps, power strips, XLR cables, etc.). Additional equipment and production services available upon request! This is the top floor of our Video, Photo, Audio, Podcast and Creative Studio based out of Dracut, MA. We clean after every booking and we have a professional Eco-Friendly Cleaning company come in consistently to deep clean the entire studio with eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning supplies, providing not only a clean and sanitized environment but all while staying eco and health conscious!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
