This space is good for photoshoots, promotional ads, music videos, short videos. It has bright lighting and cozy decor. When walking into the space, there’s a small living room (approx 8x10) open to a kitchenette area. There is a front bedroom and a back bedroom, both with a different yet chic ambiance. At the back of the apartment is the bathroom. Bedrooms are not part of the request unless approved by host.

The space is cleaned after every guest leaves by cleaning people. Guest visits are spaced out to allow for enough cleaning time
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
