The bright airy kitchen is open to the fireplace living room overlooking the South River and Atlantic Ocean. Numerous windows offer unlimited light and the sliders allow access to a generous ocean-facing deck for entertaining and relaxing. The ground-floor master suite also accesses the back deck for endless star-gazing. There are two bedrooms and a living room upstairs and a total 2 full, 2 half baths. The street is a cul-de-sac and is very private and quiet. The beautifully landscaped yard adds to the idyllic vista.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
