Ideal Sets offer 20+ different standing sets for film productions or still photography. We have courtroom, hospital, jail, police department, living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, classroom, abandoned place, backlots, sushi bars, and lots more. We have a private parking lot can fit around 30+ cars and 3 trucks. We are located in city of Maywood which only 8 miles away to the downtown LA. We have a professional cleaning company that cleans our studio once a week. And our site rep will be on site and clean restrooms when it needs to be. Toilet paper and hand soaps are provided.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
