Our property is 15 acres on the edge of BLM land, so the expanse and view is uninterrupted. The property has a new 2 bedroom house with AC, roof top seating, and an indoor and outdoor shower. There is also a homestead pink cabin with power and water calling back it's 1950's history. And a beautiful old renovated spartan trailer with huge bay windows. On the other lot is a converted junkyard. It has ample space he property is perfect for filming, photo shoots, music shows, film screenings, yoga or art retreats, etc. The options are endless and are ready for your ideas. It is very remote and private but also easily accessible.

We have a cleaner that comes between all bookings. We block a 24hr space between bookings and provide disinfectant cleaning supplies
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
