Ambient noise description
The house has hurricane windows so the noise inside can't be heard outside. The house is not on a busy street. Noise from the air conditioning is normal noise level.

Master bedroom is off limits unless previously arranged. The front of the house can't be filmed, but the backyard and pool are ok to film outside.

Not sure about power rating but several productions have been filmed here. The power breaker is in the garage

House rules for shoots:
TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE LIKE ITS YOUR OWN HOME
*No additional guests allowed other than number previously agreed upon
*Please bring water & snacks etc for your guests
*Please ask guest to be respectful of personal items and DO NOT OPEN ANY ROOMS WITH CLOSED DOORS or drawers or cabinets
*No one allowed any any rooms with closed doors
*NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
*No more than 6 cars parked out front. More than 6 cars must park at nearby paring and carpool to the house. Do not park in grass, do not park facing the wrong way or blocking any mailboxes or neighbors driveways
*No hanging out or filming out front. Please use inside house and backyard
* guests are expected to clean up after themselves, remove all trash and clean up any excessive spills. Leave the house as it was found
*No loud music outside by the pool
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved
The furniture is moved to the garage prior to the booking

Security cameras outside the property only. There aren’t any recording devices inside at all.

Health and Safety Measures
A professional housekeeper cleans and disinfects in between bookings
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
