- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

If anyone would like to have a small gathering, proposal, jazz night, dinner party. This is the place for you. Von was an excellent host. Since before booking he kept up communication, provided all needed details, and even on the day of the event was the main man helping everything. I recently had my proposal party there. The rooftop experience with the night lights and city is breathtaking. Its easy access and alot of parking. You can fit up 40 people all together in there it would not feel crowded or take away from feeling free to dance. The event space ambience is amazing. If your looking for a night to remember please book with Von you will not regret it. I had a great experience and will do it 1,000 times over again.

Von was absolutely spectacular. I proposed to my fiance at his venue. He was very responsive and even assisted my friends in setting up the space for me to pop the question. Von provided plenty of support. Accessing the space was very simple and it was absolutely beautiful. Looking at the skyline from that perspective was just a sight to behold. Beautiful space the view was the perfect backdrop for our event, set Miamis one of a kind skyline as our backdrop and with ample space to record and have equipment. Von was a great host allowed us to record our music uninterrupted, was very accommodating.
