About the Space
Airy space perfect for headshots and closeup content. The room has clean white walls, and one floor to ceiling window overlooking Midtown. Just bring your own lights, camera and action. Props are also welcome, just nothing that will scratch the floor. There is a bathroom steps away from the room that can be used for makeup prep and changing. IG: @High_Rise_Content

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

It is exactly what it looks like, just a room. The lighting is decent, however you will need lights if the sun is not directly shining through. It did what I needed for a last minute booking. Just can’t stress enough it is just a room not a “studio”

I loved this space. Great natural lighting, amazing view, and extremely accommodating hosts. I showed up ready to shoot and forgot something I needed, but they were more than happy to help me out. I'll definitely be coming back
