Check out the video below! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BaImcEmShac Located in West Village with easy access to the A/C/E/1/2/3/F lines, this small but charming lofted studio is filled with natural light via two massive skylights and an entire wall of street-facing windows. Featuring an assortment of lush plants and natural fabrics and textures - the best way to describe the space would be 'earthy minimalism'. The space also has a rich history - having been featured in write-ups by the New York Times and Apartment Therapy, as well as a recent campaign for Calvin Klein.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

First experience using PeerSpace and it could not have gone better. Host was on time and super accommodating. Space was as shown, just the right size and saturated with sunlight even on somewhat of an overcast day. I highly recommend and will be back again.

The space is great and the natural light is perfect. Brian was helpful and lovely. I would encourage you to understand how compact it is before you book. Really think about where your people will unpack all their equipment for the shoot. When Brian limited the space to 5 people, there was a reason.

Absolutely gorgeous space. Amazing lighting and beautifully designed. The host was super responsive and helpful, and also really generous in letting me extend our time when the shoot was running a little behind. Would definitely book again!
