The property sits on a waterfront known as the inter-coastal waterway. It is in walking distance of shopping plazas, attractions, hospitals and franchise restaurants. The neighbors and the neighborhood is quiet but you will have clear visuals of beach activities. The beaches, Okaloosa and Destin, are only one to five miles in distance. Inside the property there are two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a pull-out sofa in the living room along with a recliner chair. There are smart TV's in the bedrooms and an Apple Box in the living room to connect to your personal apps. It is equipped with the convenience of modern appliances such as fridge, dish washer, stove, washer and dryer. There is space to eat at the dining room table and a desk to finish a little work in between play time. There is also a pool in the community. The entire place has upgrades and is a great find.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
