Welcome to Mt Rumney Escapes. This is the "Seaview Possum" House and is our biggest house with 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a Rumpus room. Mount Rumney Escapes is situated in a rural setting in Mount Rumney which is only 14 KM from Hobart CBD and 13 KM to Hobart International Airport. The property is set on 150 acres of nature bush land and hobby farm. You will see these animals on the property: horses, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, chickens & birds as well as wildlife. The house is spacious and open plan. This property is set on the Mt Rumney hill and looks over Seven Mile Beach and its Surrounds, with those magnificent views and wicked Sunrises and Sunsets, you will feel at peace. This property is ideal for meetings, small events and photo shoots. There are 5 houses to choose from or you book them all.

We provide a clean and friendly environment for guests. There is no sharing as guests have whole house for booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
