About the Space
This versatile space is ideal for photo/video shoots, live streaming, podcasts, workshops or meetings. This large room with black and white checkered floor is nearly 500 square feet and has a variety of different looks for your shoots: a pull down backdrop (white, grey, tech. green), a black curtain that can span 2 walls, a basic white wall, a black wall with sound proofing panels, and a old school pegboard wall for that retro look. This space was created to be a recording environment as well, so the walls and ceilings are treated with acoustic panels for an optimal sound quality. Included with the main room is a dressing room with mirrors, and a restroom. There is also an outdoor area that is available with the rental of the space. We can also provide several pieces of vintage furniture and lamps as add-ons.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
