Rooms available for Music Videos, film, photo shoots, commercials, rehearsals, pod cast, photo shoots, stream tik tok live, karaoke, Room includes 2 stage lights, 2 fully functional shure sm58 stage microphones with stands, 2 speakers with stands, and yamaha mixer. Room has restroom, refrigerator and coffee machine. Please note Recording console is not included with rate. For use of recording console with your own engineer rate is $50 per hour.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
