Welcome to your turnkey CYC studio space in the heart of Silver Lake! Our polished Stage A features a 40-foot wide white CYC, soaring 14-foot ceilings, natural light (with blackout option), private load-in access, and ample parking. Perfect for photography, video shoots, brand campaigns, interviews, ecommerce, and social media content creation. Amenities include hair & makeup stations, green room, client lounge, production offices, wardrobe racks, and high-speed WiFi. Additional equipment, grip packages, and catering options are available upon request. Ideal for production teams seeking a flexible, polished, creative-ready environment in Los Angeles. *$99/hr still photography rate for crews up to 10 people. Larger productions subject to standard studio rates* **Cyc wall comes as-is. If fresh paint is required, please select the cyc repaint add-on when booking.** Overtime: Standard booking window = 8 hours Overtime after 8 hours = 1.5× hourly rate Overtime after 12 hours = 2× hourly rate

Cleaning Protocol At Hype Studios, we take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment for every guest. • Thorough Cleaning Before Every Booking: All high-touch surfaces, floors, workstations, and restrooms are disinfected and reset prior to your arrival. • Professional Cleaning Team: Our studio is maintained by a dedicated cleaning crew with experience in production and commercial spaces. • Supplies On-Site: Disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and cleaning spray are available for your use throughout the day. • Reset Policy: We ask that all furniture or decor moved during your rental be returned to its original layout. Excessive mess or damage may incur an additional cleaning fee. • Trash Disposal: Standard waste can be disposed of in the provided dumpsters. Please do not leave construction materials or oversized debris—additional removal charges may apply. Our goal is to provide a spotless, photo-ready space for every production, event, or meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
