It is a very large patio of approximately 500 ft.² adjacent to the private pool. There is a television on the back patio and the French doors flow open to the living room for the ultimate gathering experience. It is ideal for events such as: small business meetings, baby showers, wedding engagements, small birthday parties, photo shoots or just to get away for the family to enjoy your day by the pool. We supply an outdoor grill and all the supplies for it.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
