About the Space
Welcome to our Cow Hollow Marina SF location! We converted a karate studio to Co-living with a custom cherry kitchen, beautiful deck, conference room and wooden bunk beds. The location is fire sprinklered and ADA accessible. Upstairs conference room offers a small private space with lot's of natural light and a live edge table. The backyard has a shade tree, pond with fountain and stadium seating on batu wood deck with built in seating.

The space was nice and easy to use! Perfect for holding a quick meeting on short notice. The area around was nice and there were many shops and restaurants nearby to stroll around afterwards.

The space was beautiful and Jahret is so helpful and made everything seem less from start to finish. Would definitely come back again.

This Space was perfect for an impromptu 3-hour work meeting where I needed a private space. The space felt very new, and was bright and beautiful with a waterfall in the back space. It is part of a hostel, so there is a kitchen and easy access to gender neutral restrooms, and it’s typically pretty quiet during the day. Plus, there is easy in and out access with a door code to enjoy a nice walk or grab lunch in the Marina. I definitely recommend!
