Please note the house is a family home, so there will be personal belongings throughout the home. If you need any of these moved, or any windows opened or appliances to be used, please let us know and we'll do it for you, or we can give you a proper induction as a lot of the features and fittings (e.g. windows, ventilation system, etc) are non-standard and require thorough introduction first. There will be a thorough cleaning and disinfection process happening prior to any booking. The space is fitted with a mechanical heat recovery ventilation system, which provides continuous filtered fresh air while keeping the internal temperature stable.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
