Upholstered tasteful living room and dining room furniture and lots of art and antiques. Good home office, and simple bedrooms. There's charm and tradition here and it would work great as a suburban or older couple's house for production. Also an upstairs almost fully empty apartment is great for holding.

The house is professionally cleaned in between bookings. We expect crew to arrive tested/vaxxed and masked indoors and follow NY safety guidelines and owners will do the same.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
