Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen. Please note the many exits on the ground level. the main entrance, the sliding doors, a door in the laundry room and another in the bathroom. PLEASE DO NOT LOCK OR SECURE THE DOOR IN THE MIDDLE ROOM UPSTAIRS. Occupancy: MAX. 8 people. 4 vehicles/cars NO TRAILERS NO CAMPERS Child-Proofing: Please keep children safe on the stairs and balcony. NO CLIMBING OR HANGING. KEEP hot tub cover closed when not using. shut the gate if children are present. Neighbors: NO PARTIES. Even though you may not see them they are there and must be respected. this is a residential neighborhood and you are the visitors. please be mindful and keep music down after 10pm and before 8am NO Smoking: Absolutely under no circumstances is smoking indoors or on the deck allowed. WE ARE IN A DESERT AND HIGH FIRE WARNING AREA. for this reason we ask that you smoke off the property and responsibly. Parking: There is plenty of uncovered parking on the property. MAX 4 cars. Note: there is no covered parking on the property. Be careful not to run over or back into the plants. They will damage your vehicle! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BLOCK THE STREET. Your vehicle will be removed at your cost. These are important thoroughfares for utility vehicles, fire management etc. Noise: Even though you may not see them they are there and must be respected. this is a residential neighborhood and you are the visitors. please be mindful and keep music down after 10pm and before 8am. NO PARTIES. If you plan to have an event it MUST be cleared with the owner at the time of your reservation inquiry. No more than the approved amount of people are allowed to be at the house. Trash Collection: Trash is collected on Monday mornings. The cans must be along the road. They will not walk up to the house to collect them please have them curb side. Keep lid closed. Note recycling and landfill cans and use accordingly. House Rules: *NO SMOKING *NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE *NO OPEN FLAMES SO USE THE PROPANE FIRE PIT. *ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS of any kind *DO NOT WASTE WATER please its the desert and California needs it’s water. *no need to put the AC below 74, it will only get so cool, especially in the summer. TURN OFF AC BEFORE LEAVING *NO glassware, food. oils, sunscreen or bubbles in the hot tub *as much as possible Use screens when opening windows, its the desert there are bugs and critters that will visit you! *DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT again there are bugs and critters that are hungry and curious. *Games are there for your enjoyment but please return all pieces to their boxes. * There is no garbage disposal at the house. Please use the trash. *The vintage turntable is there for your enjoyment, please be kind to it. if you are not familiar with turntables DON’T use it. For a refresher, there is a manual in the cabinet. Feel free to donate records found in local shops to our collection for the next guests to enjoy. *PLEASE LEAVE THE HOUSE HOW YOU FOUND IT. thank you
