The open-plan downstairs area features a sleek kitchen with a butler’s pantry, a spacious dining room with soaring 6m-high ceilings, and elegant floor-to-ceiling curtains framing views of the courtyard. A striking concrete fireplace adds to the contemporary aesthetic. Expansive glass sliding doors connect the living space to a beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with a luxurious pool, outdoor shower, and an alfresco entertaining area featuring a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. At the rear of the property, a stylish cabana houses a private gym and sauna, offering additional versatility for shoots. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Awesome place, I love swimming pool area! House is big and a lot of different beautiful places to shoots the content , we used for videos and end up perfect! Definitely can recommended this place! Joelle the host was so helpful! Anita

This space was INCREDIBLE! So perfect for our new branding shots, so many different areas that gave us fresh looks. It's rare to find a space that has 4-5 really solid options for content. Joelle was so easy to deal with, highly recommend!

Loved the outdoor space - the pool area is very aesthetic! Owner was also lovely + it was fun having the dog (Ginger) around for cuddles Only issue was the house rules. When booking & paying for a location, you expect to have more access to all areas of the house and this wasn't the case. We were happy to abide by the rules during the shoot but it was disappointing to receive these rules after paying.
