OUTDOOR SPACE: Tucked away in the historic district of Flamingo Park, our private outdoor poolside oasis conjures images of Palm Beach Living. Bali vibes? This is it! Take a dip in our lush, tropical tree-lined saltwater pool, then towel off and get that perfect snap in our Bali beach loungers. At sunset, feel the breeze and light up the pool. INDOOR SPACE: Of course you need a spot to change, style hair, apply makeup, and take five. We got you. Our rental also comes with a fully furnished and newly remodeled private pool house / hair makeup studio. The interior has a Coastal Palm Beach feel with coastal Florida touches - perfect for lingerie, boudoir and behind the scenes photo ops. COME SHOOT: With many points of interest, our oasis is perfect for small and medium-sized productions. Just show up and make magic! HEATED POOL : The pool can be heated for your shoot. There is an option to add it to your booking in the add-ons section for an additional fee. POOL SIZE: 31'x17' Lagoon Shape Pool POOL DEPTH: Up to 6 feet POOLSIDE AREA: 400 SF WEATHER: We realize that weather can sometimes be unfavorable. If you would like to reschedule your shoot date - please reach out. FILM / VIDEO PRODUCTIONS ONLY: You may book your film/video shoot between 7:00am - 6:30pm. If booked outside this timeframe you will be contacted to update the booking. There are no drugs or alcohol allowed on the film/video set. HOURLY RATE: Hourly rate is based on a total number of people. CALCULATE YOUR HOURLY RATE: The hourly rate is $200/ hour for the first 5 people, with a minimum of 4 hours. Each additional person is to be charged at an additional $20/ hour (not including catering or craft service delivery and pick ups). For example: Hourly Rate is $220/ hour for 5 total people Hourly Rate is $240/ hour for 6 total people Hourly Rate is $260/ hour for 7 total people ... etc. etc. OVERTIME: Overtime is charged at 1.5 x your hourly rate past booked time in increments of 30 minutes. REQUIRED INSURANCE: The Guest/ Client will need to submit a General Liability Insurance Certificate showing owners name and the property address as additionally insured/ certificate holders. Also, please be sure to include proof of Workers Comp. insurance if applicable. If you don't have insurance please let us know, and we'll work on securing one for you at a very reasonable rate in all but 5 minutes. OPTIONAL POOL HEATING FEE: A pool heating fee of $200 is optional. MINIMUM DAILY SHOOT FEE (4 HOURS): $800 and any other additional applicable fees. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
