About the Space
Mid-Century-inspired custom modern home with lots of indirect natural light and eclectic vintage design elements. The home is incredibly private, nestled on a charming pond and hidden behind a sizable hedge and is located on a quiet, suburban street. Floor to ceiling windows. Restaurant-grade kitchen appliances. The space includes a large living room, dining room, kitchen, media room, home gym with Peloton bike, home office, master bedroom, sizable bathroom and a large deck that extends over the pond.

Outstanding space with wonderful owners. The home is so bright and modern, when paired with Ben & Karen’s impeccable taste in collectibles & decor - You really can’t go wrong. Kitchen is a tighter space than I imagined - But still very usable with unique fixtures, lighting, & textures throughout. Both living/lounge spaces were larger than I thought they’d be! Communication was top-notch leading up to the rental and during the day-of. Overall - A great experience.

The MidCentury Modern-Inspired Lakeside Home was just as pictures and AMAZING. Karen and Ben were equally wonderful and accommodating, showing me around the house, and how to work the thermostat so the temperature was to my liking; they even had two different kinds of citric herbed water for us to have during the shoot. The home has such beautiful, rich colors that my photographer kept looking at her shots, saying, "This color is amazing!" The house's grounds were equally stunning, with a lake, gorgeous banboom, and foliage. To boot, I also saw some wood ducks in the pond. If you want a creative atmosphere with beautiful, rich colors and amazing hosts, I could not recommend this space more!

The house is beautifully decorated and the natural lighting is perfect. Ben answered every time we had a question and gave us heads up of anything ahead of time. Great space and terrific hosts! This is such a unique home for this area and it has so much character and wonderful natural light. We shot product inside each room, and didn't even need to bring extra lighting. Ben and Karen were super hosts and made sure we had everything we needed.
