About the Space
Great flexible open space that can hold 15-20 people. Seating is set up for 14 but an additional 5-10 seats could be added to the front row. Great for rehearsals, casting, meetings, parties, classes, and photography. The "stage" or open space is 20ft wide x 9.5ft deep, right on Melrose near restaurants, shops, and bars. Studio hasa small smart TV. Has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee separate from the room as well as 3 bathrooms for guests. There are multiple studios on this same floor.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaning crew comes in twice a week for a full deep clean of the entire facility plus our venue manager is in the opposing 2 days a week to clean in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
