Host a class, fashion fitting, meeting, podcast, photography shoot and so much more in this perfect tranquil space right in the heart of Fourth Ward, Houston. Utilize the backyard area for photography or meeting space as well. The 4th Studio offers a place to focus on creating. We can outsource any respectable request through our partners. From catering, photographers, to rentals and much more. Late night stays after 10pm and overnight stays to store items are available upon approval.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was perfect for our team workshop! It was a simple set up, and made our time together feel homey. Or team of 7 fit well with a little room for more people. Kayley was able to help me with connecting my macbook to the TV and was available for anything we needed during our booking time. Will definitely book again!
