Comfortable, homey feel to this open floor plan studio. White walls, nice bathroom, plenty of space. 13 foot high hooks on the ceiling to hang extra lighting or props. Natural window light even on dreary days. Open to beautiful garden and woods for extra creative opportunities. Walk right into park trails, a stream, wooden walkway, and even a graffiti covered wall. The best combo of studio, nature and urban backdrops. Ample parking in a driveway, attached to a home but with a private entrance.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Anita’s space was perfect! I’m a florist, and I booked it for a styled shoot, and it worked like a charm. Lots of great nooks and backdrops for different shots. Anita was amazing as well, and even let me pop in ahead of time to get a feel for the space before the rental day. She made the space so warm and cozy for us. Would definitely book again!

Such an incredible space! We had my wife's 30th birthday party. The green space was gorgeous, the space was accommodating, and the music through the ceiling speakers were wonderful to use. When we arrived we were given warmly greeted by the host, and were even given assistance with our stuff. Such friendly people, and incredible space. We will definitely use it again for thr next party!
